Jacob Haddad is a Middle Tennessee native that first discovered his love for the outdoors fishing the banks of the Harpeth River in Franklin growing up. The love for fishing quickly turned into a passion for bow hunting whitetails, planting food plots, dove hunting, & turkey hunting. Jacob left Franklin to attend Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, where he captained the men’s soccer team to two conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances. Upon graduating and returning home, Jacob watched as his small, historic hometown of farmland in every direction turn into an urban sprawl hub where open land was traded for large developments. This, along with his passion for the outdoors, is what drives Jacob to helping people buy and sell their own piece of TN land—in hopes of preserving a lifestyle that is quickly becoming more difficult to find around Franklin and the greater Nashville markets. This is what drives Jacob to be skilled in land transactions, farms, recreational property, and homes on acreage. As an active member in the TN Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute, Jacob is constantly pursuing further education in the land business and has his sights set on becoming an Accredited Land Consultant. Outside of Real Estate, Jacob enjoys spending his time in the outdoors, with his wife Chloe and newborn son John Henry, and serving his church in Franklin as a deacon.
