Candice Jones Land is a fourth-generation Suwannee County native with deep roots and a true passion for North Florida real estate. A graduate of Suwannee High School, she went on to earn both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Saint Leo University in Gainesville. After two decades serving the community as an elementary and ESE teacher, Candice made the transition into real estate full-time—and hasn’t looked back since.
