This tract is best suited to be a recreational tract for hunting deer, hogs, and small game. The north 60 +/- ac acres appear to be a 6-8 year old regenerated pine and hardwood. The southern acres get into a small creek bottom with mature hardwoods that have canopied creating a pretty, clear understory where you could enjoy bowhunting and killing squirrels.
There are some interior trails. The surrounding and adjoining acres are mostly timberland providing backup wildlife habitat.
Access: There is no known legal access. A new owner will have to work out crossing an adjoining neighbor. The closest access is off Hwy 2 from the north. I walked in to the NW corner along a fence line (shown on aerial for information purposes only)
