Directions to Farm

From Interstate 10 and the county seat of Sierra Blanca, you will drive north on paved FM Road 1111 for about 18 miles to 31.418222 -105.349375.

At the Gunsight Ranch sign (there is also now a large Sunset Ranch sign), you will turn left on Gunsight Ranch Road and follow the maintained gravel road straight west.

2 miles later you will cross a cattle guard.

4.25 miles later at 31.432750 -105.447881 do not take the fork to the right, instead continue straight ahead west.

About 30 yards later you will cross another cattle guard, this is the entrance point to Gunsight Ranch.

From the cattle guard entrance continue straight and drive west another 1.92 miles.

At 31.432833 -105.447881 take the bend to the left, heading southwest and drive for 0.22 mile.

At 31.430606 -105.483686 make a left onto Cheyenne Road. The turn onto Cheyenne is not an obvious intersection, there should be a post in the ground at that intersection. Drive south for about 5.75 miles. Near the end of that distance you will come to a fence and the road will bend to the left.

About 50 yards after coming out of that bend you will be at 31.347026 -105.479279. At that point you will be 0.3 mile from the northeast corner of the property. There are road easements from this point down along the east side of the property.
