Auction Tracts 4-10: From Intersection of Route 8 & 111 head north on TN 111 travel 1.2 miles and turn right on Old State HWY 111, travel 1 mile and turn right on Army Camp Road, travel 1 mile and turn right on Hitchcock Road, travel 1.1 mile and follow signs into property. Gate is locked and combination is 3560.
Auction Tracts 12 & 13: From Mount Pleasant Church on Route 8 travel north 2.5 miles and turn right on White Oak Swamp Road, travel 1.4 miles and turn left on Hitchcock Road, travel 1 mile to auction tract 13 continue through 13 to tract 12. Watch for signs.
