An old firebreak runs around a good bit of the tract, and could be re-established relatively easily with a bull dozer. One of the main draws about this property is proximity to Birmingham, Jemison, Montevallo, and Clanton. This is an easy drive from nearby cities and will give you a great place to escape to the outdoors. There is a lot of game sign on the property. Some nice rock formations jut to the surface in several places, making this a very fun place to explore.
