Farm Description

Located northeast of Wolf Point, Montana just off Highway 13, and accessible via county roads, lies 800± acres comprised of grass and farmland. Approximately 648± acres are native grass and 152± acres are in grain production. Fort Peck Sioux and Assiniboine Rural Water system line runs east/west through the property. An additional tap to the line was submitted in Spring of 2025. Upon Buyer's inquiry, an additional 160± acres of lease grass through BIA could be available. The BIA grass is within fenced boundaries of property with Tule Creek running through. Farmland has been in operation of a generational farmer with excellent crop rotation of peas, lentils, spring wheat, and winter wheat.
